Neil Williams - Company Director

Neil Williams has over twenty year’s construction management experience in Australia, the UK and the Middle East, having graduated in 1982 with a Civil & Structural Engineering degree.

He immigrated to Australia in 1992 and has been actively involved within the construction management industry since that time. He has developed particular expertise in the planning, delivery and construction of retail projects, particularly supermarkets and shopping centres.

In particular he has completed in excess of 50 supermarket store refurbishments and new store construction projects throughout metropolitan Sydney and Melbourne and in regional centres in NSW and Victoria.

Neil, operating as an independent project manager, has been retained by major retail focused companies to help professionally manage store role-outs and major retail refurbishment projects, ranging from entire shopping centres through to individual retail tenancies.

He has built solid, long lasting relationships that have produced repeat appointments over many years. He has an overriding objective to provide sound, quality project management advice, cementing the project design and construction teams to achieve the desired result reflecting quality, cost and timeliness.
